We have an interesting pinot gris wine tasting event coming up on ……………………………… at Blue Elephant Thai Restaurant at 237 Parnell Road in Parnell, Auckland.
The tasting is for Peregrine pinot gris dated from 2010 to the latest vintages. Many advise that pinot gris should not be held any longer than 4 years so this is an experiment to test that theory as there are winemakers that state good pinot gris can be held back in much the same way that good pinot noir can be.
We will be providing a lunch of our best entrees and also Clevedon oysters together with Antipodes Water.
There will be a maximum of 25 attendees
